Care Connect at Home was born from our family's journey caring for our grandmother, who lives with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Like so many families, we wanted the very best care for someone we loved. We hired home care agencies hoping to find compassionate, dependable caregivers who would treat our grandmother like family. Instead, we often found ourselves frustrated by high costs, inconsistent care, and caregivers who simply didn't have the support or training needed to provide the level of care our grandmother deserved.

We experienced missed expectations, caregivers who weren't fully engaged during their shifts, and the constant worry that comes from wondering whether your loved one is truly being cared for when you're not there.

We knew there had to be a better way.
